I'm a believer

Apologies as it's been a couple of weeks since I posted to the blog. We've been hauling a$$ straight through July and content had to take a back burner while we crushed out a ton of food. Now that the dust has settled a bit, I wanted to sit down this week with my good friend John Hex Bil - who is also our sous. Over the past few months the BOH crew has grown close, and John has stepped up to this leadership role in an impressive way. He is always willing to listen when I'm having the worst of days and helps bring me back up when I need a lift. I wanted to share his perspectives and takeaways from month 1.
