Hello lovely people. It's Sweets again. It has been quite some time since my last blog post, and for that I apologize. In the hubbub of the restaurant world it can be hard to find a time to sit down and type out a few words. That being said, this past year has been full of awesome things for which we are really grateful for here at Osteria Poggio. First I'd like to say that, as always, that I have an amazing staff, and without them, all of the things that we do would not be possible. This year we have begun our cooking classes which have been an absolute blast. There are few things better than showing folks how to cook and getting to make new friends over a shared meal. We've also begun our Tap Takeovers/Pop-up Restaurants in our upstairs bar which has been amazing. It's really great to have an outlet for our creativity, and the feedback and support has been fantastic. This week we're showcasing our Ramen Chop Shop concept again. We are getting ready for the end of our season, but with a lot of big plans for spring that we can't wait to share with you all. Thank you for coming in and hanging out with our family and I'm excited to share more with you as things move forward.
